Where Little Learners Grow with Grace

About Me
Ms. Alma Grinston, M.Ed.
Hi, I’m Alma — a passionate early childhood advocate, entrepreneur, wife, and mom of two. I hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Administration and bring over 15 years of leadership experience in finance and human resources with the federal government.
While my professional path began outside the classroom, the desire to nurture and teach young children has always been at the center of who I am. In 2020, I felt a clear call to realign with that passion and stepped out in faith to launch The Graceful Place to Grow — a learning space built on love, purpose, and intentional care.
Every day, I’m driven by the belief that when children are surrounded by warmth, structure, and encouragement, they thrive. Through this center, I’m honored to support families, empower young minds, and make a lasting impact — one child at a time.
